About

A London agency that would rather be useful than impressive.

Digetize builds websites and search visibility for businesses across London. We are small, we work directly with the people who own the outcome, and we are straightforward about what does and does not work.

Why we started

Because a lot of what gets sold to small and mid-sized businesses as digital marketing does not work, and the people buying it usually cannot tell until the budget is gone.

The pattern repeats: a website that looks fine and converts badly, an SEO retainer producing monthly reports full of impressions, ad spend running to a homepage that answers none of the questions the ad raised. Everything is measured except the thing that matters.

We built Digetize to work the other way round — establish what a successful enquiry looks like, build toward it, and report against it honestly. That sounds obvious. It is surprisingly rare.

How we operate

Six things you can hold us to.

Not values — commitments. If we break one of these, say so.

We will tell you when you do not need us

If your budget cannot compete in your market, or if the honest answer is to fix something else first, we will say so before taking the work. It costs us projects and saves everyone the more expensive version of the same conversation six months later.

You own everything

Your accounts, your domain, your analytics history, your code. We work in your Google Ads account rather than a reseller one. If you leave, you leave with the lot — which is worth insisting on with any agency, not just this one.

No invented numbers

We do not publish results we cannot evidence, testimonials nobody gave, or client logos we have no right to use. If a case study is not up yet, it is because the client has not approved it — not because it does not exist.

Reports that answer the real question

Impressions and click-through rates are diagnostics. The report leads with what an enquiry cost and where it came from, because that is the number the decision actually rests on.

Fewer, better pages

We will not build you two hundred location pages. Search engines have been discounting that pattern for a decade, and it makes a site harder to maintain and easier to ignore.

Plain English

You should be able to read our proposal and understand exactly what you are buying, what it costs and what happens if it does not work. Jargon usually conceals either uncertainty or a markup.

Where we work

Digetize works with businesses across Greater London, remotely and on site. We do not maintain offices in every borough, and we will not tell you otherwise.

What we do have is 55 area pages written because each of those markets has something specific about it — competitive density, catchment quirks, seasonal patterns, the kinds of businesses that trade there. That research is the useful part of being a London agency. A registered address in a borough you have never visited is not.
